- Establishing the degree of hearing loss
- Assessing the patient’s audiololgical needs
- If a hearing aid/aids will rectify the problem, then we proceed to discuss styles, costs etc.

We supply all our hearing aid clients with 3 months free access to ensure they have plenty of time and help to achieve the best results with their hearing aids. (This is over and above the manufacturer’s warranty)
